Built in 1925 as a vacation retreat, The Russian River House has many comforting features.

Starting with two large front and rear deck areas with plenty of great redwood furniture for lounging and sharing time with company and family.

The front deck faces Redwood Road and the river across the street... this is a great place to welcome guests as they pull into the three off the road parking places. The rear decking and rear landscape lends itself to entertain and relaxing with its two different levels and access right off of the modern kitchen. There is a stainless steel BBQ, plenty of Redwood chairs with tables and a large 2 person hammock. Redwood Road is located below a canopy of 300 year old Oak and Redwood trees which create a shaded and secure atmosphere for taking walks or leisurely bike rides.

The house is heated by a central/forced air heating system and there is also a wood burning stove that creates a warm and cozy retreat on cool nights. The house sleeps four adults comfortably with its two charming bed rooms and can sleep up to eight adults by utilizing the two sofa beds if you choose to.

The Russian River House has a modern kitchen with new appliances and butcher block counters. The kitchen is always a favorite place to hang out and enjoy company with it's French door to the back deck. The kitchen has every essential gourmet tool needed to create the perfect meal to go with your favorite wine from the region.
