Rates exclude 9% Occupancy Tax, $80 cleaning/laundry
fee.
Deposits
50% of total stay is required to hold space. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival,
plus a $350.00 refundable security deposit. Personal checks and cash accepted.
Refunds
ALL RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL WITH LESS THAN 30 DAYS CANCELLATION, UNLESS PROPERTY
IS RE-RENTED; 30+ DAY CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% CANCELLATION FEE,
AND THE FOLLOWING APPLIES:
- 21-29
days prior to check in: 75% of payment refunded;
- 14-20
days prior to check in: 50% of payment refunded;
- 8-13
days prior to check in: 25% of payment refunded;
- 7
days or less prior to check in: 0% of payment refunded
